Job Description Job Description Electrical Assembler Location: Pasadena, TX Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime may be required Job Overview We are seeking Electrical Assemblers for a growing electrical manufacturing company in Pasadena, TX. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on electrical assembly, wiring, panel building, or mechanical assembly experience. The Electrical Assembler will support the production of custom power distribution equipment, including switch racks, skids, tap boxes, panelboards, switchboards, and electrical enclosures. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components, panels, switchboards, skids, and related power distribution equipment Read and follow blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and bills of material Perform wiring, routing, crimping, terminating, and labeling of electrical components Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, drills, grinders, and other shop tools Install electrical and mechanical components into enclosures and assemblies Build conduit, wire harnesses, control panels, or related electrical assemblies as required Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications Perform basic troubleshooting and rework when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow company safety procedures and production standards Qualifications Previous electrical assembly, panel wiring, control panel, switchgear, or mechanical assembly experience preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, or work instructions Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or shop environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with electrical components Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a hands-on production environment Forklift, overhead crane, or manufacturing experience is a plus Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team Preferred Experience Electrical panel building Switchgear, switchboard, or power distribution assembly Wire harness assembly Conduit building or routing Schematic or blueprint reading UL 508A, UL 891, or electrical manufacturing environment Industrial electrical, commercial electrical, or apprentice electrician background
