Ahwatukee Post Acute is seeking an Admissions Assistant to warmly welcome new residents and their families. You will coordinate admissions, perform pre-admission assessments, maintain records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth transition.
In this role you will verify insurance, assist with verifications and authorizations, and provide tours and information to families. Excellent communication and meticulous organization are essential in our team-oriented environment.
