We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income. Required qualifications for this role Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred) Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Be able to work well independently and as part of a team Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality You align with our core values, and you are simply a good human Location You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and be in the field of your team region.
