Warehouse Fulfilment Coordinator

An established and growing technology company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team.

This is not a traditional heavy-duty warehouse job. Our workspace is a clean, climate-controlled, professional environment handling specialized, lightweight technical products—with no routine heavy pallet handling or forklift operation required. This position offers stable, long-term employment and uniquely blends hands-on fulfillment, quality control, and computer-based ERP inventory management.

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, carefully pack, and process customer orders with high accuracy.

• Review products and documentation against pick tickets prior to shipment.

• Process shipments and create shipping documentation in our ERP system.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries while maintaining accurate shipping/receiving records.
