Compensation Starting Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 dependent on experience and location. Job Responsibilities Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies. Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested. Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures. Adhere to pre‑determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers. Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable per company COD policy. Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area. Demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with our People‑Focused values. Wear the clean and laundered uniform provided by NTW. Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently as needed. Perform other duties as requested or needed. Qualifications Safety‑first mentality. 1+ years of delivery or box‑truck experience preferred. 1+ years with no at‑fault accidents. Clean MVR. Current driver’s license for the vehicle classes operated. Must obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle. Must be 21 years or older. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and occasionally more. Complete driver‑vehicle inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations. Abide by all federal, state, and local laws. Employment contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre‑employment screenings.
