Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent written and verbal communication. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s). Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies. Requirements Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred). Positive personality with a great attitude and resourcefulness. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
