Teamwork is essential and expected of all Outbackers.Provides expertise and support to Servers on beverage selections and offerings.Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.Requirements:Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.Able to work in hot and cold environments.Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed.
