User Researcher (Advanced)

Location and Schedule Columbus, OH – 100% onsite (5 days per week). Compensation $58–62 per hour. Overview We are seeking an Experienced Research Senior Associate to shape user‑centered experiences across our product ecosystem. Leveraging advanced quantitative and qualitative techniques, you will identify deep customer needs and translate them into actionable insights that influence design, architecture, and functionality. As a core strategist, you will lead decision‑making on research methodologies to answer critical design questions, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our offerings are rooted in user evidence. Responsibilities Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives that inform critical decisions for current and future products. Collaborate closely with cross‑product teams to identify research topics that inform business decisions. Design and execute exploratory field studies with users and subject‑matter experts. Plan, recruit for, and conduct usability analyses in the usability lab, in the field, or using remote tools. Collaborate with designers, technologists, and product managers to deliver persuasive findings to executive stakeholders.
