Concierge Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine)

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Location: Chicago, Illinois / Hinsdale, Illinois

Facility Setting: Outpatient Concierge Primary Care Practice

Patient Panel: Approximately 200-250 patients per physician

Schedule-

• Monday-Friday

• Flexible physician schedule

• Rare weekend patient visits as needed

• No inpatient responsibilities

• Shared physician coverage during PTO and vacations

• Concierge model with availability for urgent patient needs

Position Overview-

We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a growing concierge primary care practice focused on personalized, relationship-based healthcare. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who value preventive medicine, long-term patient relationships, and delivering high-quality care in a low-volume, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities-

• Provide comprehensive primary care services

• Build and manage a concierge patient panel

• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families

• Coordinate care with specialists and referral networks

• Address urgent patient healthcare needs

Qualifications-

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active or eligible state medical license

• Ability to obtain hospital privileges

• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills

• Concierge medicine or executive health experience preferred

• Interest in lifestyle medicine, wellness, and preventive care preferred

Experience-

• Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience required

• Longitudinal patient care experience strongly preferred

• New graduates are not eligible
