Chick-fil-A Team Lead Position

We have openings for a Chick-fil-A Team Lead positions. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing. Please only apply if you are available to work these hours. Team Leaders will be responsible for running the day to day shift operations for different areas of the restaurant. Responsibilities:

• Quickly recognize and solve operational issues
• Clearly communicates key strategies team members
• Serve as the "Chief Problem Solver" for guests and the team
• Actively engage in leadership meetings
• Recognize and develop future potential leaders within the team
• Coach team members to recognize best practices and problem resolution
• Ensures that the restaurant meets all food safety requirements
• Communicate all issues with team members and guests to Director team in a timely manner
• Lead by example - must adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
• Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation

Requirements:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Highschool diploma or GED required
