Workday Certified Financials Adaptive Consultant

As a Workday Adaptive Insights Consultant, you will deliver integrated payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions, helping organizations transition to a better way to work. Your role involves rapid deployments and enterprise transformations. Responsibilities Identify business requirements, functional design, process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and define support procedures. Lead workshops for client education. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Architect Workday Adaptive Insights solutions, ensuring cohesiveness across work streams and mitigating cross‑functional impacts; advise clients on industry standards and best practices. Demonstrate design options through prototyping. Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies. Qualifications and Experience Workday Partner Certification. Minimum 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Workday Adaptive experience. Minimum 2 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience. Bonus: Proficiency in multiple business processes (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, budgeting, cash management, etc.). Bonus: 4+ years prior experience implementing Workday. Bonus: Experience leading global and/or large Enterprise Workday engagements. Bonus: Thrive in a diverse, fast‑paced environment. Bonus: Experience with other leading cloud‑based SaaS financial application implementations (Oracle E‑Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.). Travel Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 % to 100 % depending on business need and client requirements.
