Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.50 per hour
Shift: assigned shift, Occasionally works overtime, evenings, or weekends

What's a typical day as Lift Truck Operator? You'll be:

• Loading and unloading customer product efficiently and safely using various equipment
• Moving product to storage areas and stacking merchandise in the appropriate warehouse locations
• Picking orders for shipment and assembling merchandise for delivery
• Checking freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation
• Assisting in maintaining warehouse security and participating in physical inventories
• Performing labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking duties
• Operating equipment such as stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and radio frequency devices
• Reporting safety malfunctions on equipment and complying with OSHA standards
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work environment
• Adhering to attendance policies and meeting production standards
• Performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of related work experience
• Are able to work independently and occasionally available for overtime, evenings, or weekends
• Pay close attention to details, meet deadlines, and work well with others-even in challenging situations
• Can relate well to co-workers and respond appropriately to supervision and feedback
• Are comfortable using warehouse management systems, computers, and various warehouse equipment
• Can frequently sit, hear, talk, use close vision, and handle objects; and occasionally stand, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Are a qualified and local candidate with relevant experience (Pre-employment Drug/Alcohol Screen required)
