Training Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Training Program Coordination Independently manage training testers to ensure smooth execution and accurate results. Maintain the Dior House: update facilities and optimise the training environment. Oversee BC uniform management: forecasting, ordering, distribution, updates, and maintenance. Training Schedule and Roadmap Collaborate with the 3‑axis and area training teams to coordinate the training schedule, aligning with company goals and yearly calendar. Maintain and update the training roadmap to plan and execute all training activities and courses. Organise the training calendar, manage resources efficiently, avoid scheduling conflicts, and maximise training effectiveness. Meeting Arrangement and Minutes Assist the Training Director in scheduling meetings, designing objectives and agendas. Handle logistical support for meetings, ensuring participants are informed and prepared. Draft and distribute minutes, documenting key decisions and action items, and ensuring follow‑up. Support for Other Training Initiatives Provide support for additional training projects and programs: preparation of training materials, execution of activities, and evaluation of outcomes. Translate and consolidate training materials as needed. Order, follow up, and deliver Training Kit from Central. Key Competencies Excellent organisational and project‑management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with staff at all levels. In‑depth understanding of training methodologies and adult learning theory. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Technical Skills At least two years of relevant working experience. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and oral). Good PC skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Education Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
