Dell Territory Sales Representative

Job Title and Location Brand Representative – Dell Job Type: Regular. Location: Amex Merchant - Doswell, VA 23047. Overview As a Brand Representative, you will build relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores on behalf of Dell . Your responsibilities include driving sales, providing training, merchandising products, and ensuring all Dell brand standards are met. Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with store associates, shoppers, and retail managers. Leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products. Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis and perform store resets as needed. Conduct in‑store brand education and product demonstrations for both consumers and sales personnel. Maintain Dell retail brand standards by inspecting all branded displays and marketing materials. Gather market intelligence: collect consumer insights, competitor pricing, incentives, and promotional data. Travel within the assigned territory (within 70 miles of the zip code; occasional travel to other markets) to visit multiple retailers on a daily and weekly basis. Achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly sales goals and other performance metrics. Accurately document and report visits, activities, and best practices. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 6+ months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related technical/wireless products. Minimum 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably in direct marketing/retail environments. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to stage a consultative sales process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Strong analytical skills, customer‑service orientation, and exceptional multitasking and time‑management abilities. Self‑directed; able to perform independently in an unstructured work environment. Reliable transportation and minimum liability automobile insurance coverage; must be available for occasional travel to other markets. Compensation & Benefits $19 per hour (based on market location and experience). Weekly pay, next‑day pay on‑demand with DailyPay. Paid virtual training and a $30/month cell‑phone reimbursement.
