Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the store with attention to detail and efficiency
- Manage resources including staff recruitment, training, and appraisal
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints with care
- Maintain financial records, budgets, and sales targets to maximize profitability
- Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management for store improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
- Prior management experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and teamworking abilities
- Proficient in problem-solving and showing initiative
- Ability to set a good example and motivate staff
- Computer literacy and numerical skills
