RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer and route incoming phone calls Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, caregivers, and referral sources Manage and organize forms and office documents Send, receive, and track faxes Assist with general administrative and clerical duties Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information Communicate professionally with staff and external contacts Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Computer proficiency, including email, faxing, and data entry Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Healthcare or home health experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Matrix Home Care
