Position Summary
Provides analytical, workflow coordination, and action officer support to organizational leadership. Manages task tracking, correspondence routing, and process improvement activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of mission requirements. Supports decision making by analyzing information, preparing summaries, and coordinating actions across internal and external stakeholders.
*This position is contingent upon contract award*
Key Duties
- Monitor, track, and coordinate taskers, correspondence, and workflow actions to ensure timely completion and proper routing.
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
- Prepare briefings, summaries, reports, and decision ready materials for leadership review.
- Support coordination across departments, directorates, and external partners to ensure alignment of actions and deliverables.
- Maintain task management systems, databases, and workflow tools to support transparency and auditability.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow guidance.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide analytical support for program initiatives and leadership priorities.
- Support meeting preparation, agenda development, and follow up actions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Active Secret clearance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in workflow management, action officer support, program coordination, or management analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
- Experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD, federal agencies, or military headquarters staff.
- Familiarity with task management systems, correspondence tracking tools, or workflow automation platforms.
- Understanding of staff action processes, routing protocols, and organizational decision making structures.
