Work Environment\nThis position operates in a telehealth setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on clients’ lives. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules. Collaborating with a supportive team of mental health professionals, you will have access to resources and support tailored for remote work.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs. \n
- Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective interventions. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and quality care documentation. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a comprehensive treatment approach for each client. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing the quality of care through shared insights and collective expertise. \n
- Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources to empower them towards self-advocacy. \n
- Stay abreast of developments in mental health care, integrating current research and trends into practical therapeutic methodologies. \n
In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Active and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas. \n
- Familiarity with and application of solution-focused therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients and collaboration with colleagues. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective case management and treatment planning. \n
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting that prioritizes both personal and professional development. \n

- Experience in telehealth or remote care settings is highly desirable, providing familiarity with digital platforms and tools utilized for client interaction. \n
- Previous work with specific populations such as children, families, or individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions is a plus. \n
