Role Description The Vice President, Talent Acquisition is a full-time remote role responsible for leading CMP’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and operations. This role oversees the design and execution of scalable recruiting processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and hiring across diverse roles and geographies. The Vice President partners with senior leadership and clients to define talent needs, shape employer branding initiatives, and ensure an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience. Day-to-day activities include guiding and coaching recruiting teams, monitoring key talent metrics, optimizing tools and technology, and driving continuous improvement in global talent acquisition practices. The role also contributes to broader talent and organizational initiatives, aligning recruitment efforts with CMP’s business strategy and growth goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Recruiting and Hiring, with a track record of building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams.
Strong experience in Workforce Planning, including forecasting, capacity planning, and aligning hiring strategies with organizational goals.
Proficiency in Global Talent Acquisition, managing cross-border hiring processes and navigating diverse labor markets and regulations.
Skill in Employer Branding, including developing a compelling talent value proposition and leveraging digital channels to attract candidates.
Proven ability to design and improve inclusive recruitment processes that support diversity, equity, and belonging.
Experience collaborating with executive leadership and HR partners to align talent strategies with business priorities.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and optimize recruiting performance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Background in talent management or HR leadership; experience within professional services or consulting environments is beneficial. xmvmafu
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
