Recruitment Process Source: A recruiter sources candidates from various sources; the search starts from our proprietary database. Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates’ experience and skill sets against our client’s position. Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates. Submit: The recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening. Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills. Background Check: Administrative personnel provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement. Job Description Assigned the task to analyze, define and document the detailed business requirements for various high profile initiatives. Analyze IT Asset Management tools. Work with the vendor to complete the Proof of Concept and develop requirements and implementation details for procurement systems and asset management. Define the requirements and implement a complete asset management system that will track all hardware/devices, software and licenses. Skills Required Business Analyst II with strong IT background. Experience Required 10+ years’ experience as BA (please list # years’ experience). Must have previous ITAM (IT Asset Management) experience. Experience Preferred Prior experience with Service Now software & tools. Education Required Bachelors or higher.
