QA Lead

Seeking an experienced QA Lead to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for leading daily QA operations, coordinating testing initiatives across disciplines, and mentoring team members to ensure a polished player experience throughout game development. Key responsibilities Lead and support a team of QA testers, assigning testing coverage based on project priorities and mentoring junior members Create and execute comprehensive test plans while overseeing functional, gameplay, and compatibility testing efforts Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to improve development quality and communicate testing status and risks to stakeholders Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in game QA, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity Experience testing PC and Console games through multiple development cycles Strong understanding of bug tracking systems such as Jira or TestRail Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and creative teams Passion for games and delivering high-quality player experiences
