Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications A strong passion for innovation, creativity, and understanding consumer trends. 1+ years of experience in marketing, product development, or innovation, preferably within a consumer-focused industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and insights to drive strategic recommendations. Advanced proficiency in presentation software and spreadsheet applications. Proficiency across social media platforms for trend monitoring and insight gathering. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. A self-starter mentality: autonomous, curious, collaborative, friendly, and proactive, eager to take initiative. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for text or images) to enhance productivity and creativity, bringing fresh perspectives to projects.
