Field Superintendent

A nationally recognized general contractor is seeking experienced Field Superintendents to lead onsite construction operations for commercial building projects across the Midwest and East Coast. About the Role

You'll direct and coordinate field activities, managing manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Projects typically range from $1M+ in value and the successful candidate must have flexibility for both day and night shift work as well as larger vertical commercial and residential builds.
Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations, including assistant superintendents and site crews.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and jobsite documentation.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and inspectors.
• Manage project records, drawings, and close-out documentation.
• Uphold professional conduct and jobsite organization at all times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial or multifamily projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $1M in value.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling and Microsoft Office tools.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel or work nights on select retail projects.
