As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting a highly automated chemical blending and packaging facility.

Duties:

• Be a safety leader, holding self-accountable and coaching teammates on how to reduce risk.
• Executes preventative and predictive maintenance work as scheduled
• Perform corrective maintenance on blending, filling and packaging assets.
• Perform troubleshooting functions to ensure effective and efficient operation of equipment on shift.
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
• Transfer skills and knowledge to teammates to help the overall team be more successful.
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with a team and have a positive influence on the facility culture.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Experience with PLC preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed

Physical Requirements:

• Must stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
• Required to stand for prolonged periods
• Intermittently lift medium to heavy weight up to 75 lbs.
• Intermittently required to bend and twist
