Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams, follow-ups, and medication management.Reason for Opening?Adding provider for new independent PCP clinic.Joining Other Providers?There are no other Physicians onsite. A remote collaborating physician will be provided.Schedule?Monday–Tuesday (8am-5pm) outpatient schedule. No call. Answer patient questions once per day. No weekends.Patient Population?Primarily adults.Compensation?Competitive base salary + productivity bonus. 55-70 per hour. Depending on Exp.Bonus Structure?Productivity-based incentives.EMR?Cloud-based EMR. (Optimantra)Patients Per Day?Ramp-up initially, target 16–25/day. 2 Days per week.
