AR Staff Accountant

Overview Our client, located in Dripping Springs, TX, is seeking an experienced AR/Staff Accountant to join their dynamic Billing team. This position plays a key role in managing accounts receivable and supporting the monthly close process. Key Responsibilities Generate and process high-volume customer invoices Perform revenue accruals and support full month-end close cycle Provide P&L support, including fielding questions and researching revenue discrepancies Reconcile deferred revenue and other related accounts Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers regarding billing matters Identify and flag discrepancies in collections and collaborate with operations when needed Maintain accuracy and completeness in AR records across multiple entities and billing models Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and general accounting Strong proficiency in Excel (daily use of VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Experience with Workday is highly preferred Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Sheets is a plus Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is strongly preferred Detail-oriented, driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial spirit Salary Range : $55-70k based on experience level This is a hybrid role in Dripping Springs, TX. You must be ok with commuting onsite to the office location several days a week. Candidates who live outside of the Austin/Dripping Springs area will not be considered.
