Adecco is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Production Assemblers / Quality Inspectors for a reputable manufacturing company in Devens, MA, or Clinton, MA . Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble circuit boards, components, assemblies, and subassemblies with precision.

• Perform both in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality and workmanship.

• Operate various production and inspection equipment efficiently.

• Record production and quality data accurately within manufacturing systems.

• Handle, identify, label, and maintain materials and assemblies throughout the manufacturing process.

• Monitor, replenish, and manage production materials and inventory to ensure seamless operations.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

• Support production team with other duties as assigned to meet production targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection.

• Ability to interpret work instructions, drawings, and procedures accurately.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

• Basic computer literacy and math skills.

• Comfortable using hand tools, barcode scanners, and inspection equipment.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks, handling small components, and meeting physical demands.

Pay Details: $16.34 to $21.00 per hour
