Caregiver 12 Hour ShiftsBrightStar Care is Hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA) and Caregivers! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Join the BrightStar Care team as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) / Caregiver, where you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We specialize in assisting clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, transferring, hygiene, showering, companionship, and transportation.Wages: $15–$17 per hour (paid Weekly)Availability: Must have consistent weekend availability on Saturday and/or SundayLocations: Summerlin, Southern Highlands, Spring Valley, Anthem, Boulder City, and Lake Las VegasShifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7amKey Responsibilities:Light housekeeping and meal preparationAssisting with showers, personal hygiene, and bed bathsSafe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer liftsMonitoring vital signsProviding toileting assistance, including briefs, urinals, and bedpansDelivering basic and advanced dementia careHelping with repositioning for comfortTransportation supportPet CareBenefits:Weekly PayPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with a 4% matchEmployee rewards programQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) / CaregiverAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbsCurrent driver's license and auto insuranceReliable transportationMust be comfortable working around household pets (cats/dogs) as this is common in client homes.Valid physical and a negative 2-step TB testCPR and First Aid certificationsIf you're a dedicated, experienced PCA or Caregiver, we'd love to have you join our team at BrightStar Care!
