Contract or Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable CPO Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Villa Rica, GA 30180 . This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and an active Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

- Pay: $26–$28/hr
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
- Perform general apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic HVAC troubleshooting.
- Maintain pools and spa areas in accordance with CPO standards and local regulations.
- Monitor pool chemical levels, perform routine inspections, and maintain accurate pool maintenance logs.
- Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation.
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
- Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred.
- Experience maintaining residential or commercial pools and pool equipment.
- Strong knowledge of general apartment maintenance functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
