Position Overview

Love talking to people, being outside, and getting paid for your hustle? Come knock doors with Blue Mountain Networks and help turn “buffering” into “blazing fast streaming” for rural Oregon.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Roaming small towns and backroads, meeting neighbors and signing them up for ridiculously fast fiber internet and phone.

· Turning tech-speak into real-life benefits: better gaming, smoother Netflix nights, happier homework time.

· Reading the room, asking good questions, and matching each home with the right plan.

· Handling objections with a smile and a comeback (we’ll give you the playbook).

· Locking in orders and installs so customers can get online fast.

· The Role is highly results driven, with an expectation to interact with at least 40-50 homes per day to meet sales quotas.

· Watching your numbers and commissions climb as you stack wins.

Who You Are

· The friend who always talks to the bartender, the Uber driver, and the person in front of you in line.

· Goal-driven, competitive, and allergic to boring desk jobs.

· Cool with being on your feet, walking neighborhoods, and working in the wild (a.k.a. real life).

· Curious about tech and willing to learn the basics of internet and phone services.

· Have a valid driver’s license and a ride that gets you where you need to go.

Sales experience helps, but raw energy, drive, and coachability matter more.
