Sweet Pointe Candy is hiring a  Part-Time Store Manager (flexible up to 24 hours per week) to help run the daily operations of our candy store. This role is ideal for someone with retail management experience who enjoys working with customers, leading a team, and keeping things organized — all in a fun, upbeat environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing
• Train, supervise, and schedule staff
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor orders
• Operate and oversee Lightspeed POS (or similar POS systems)
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Assist the owner with all aspects of running the business

Qualifications

• Prior retail  Management experience (Required)
• POS system experience (Lightspeed preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
• Primary shift is weekdays 11:00 - 5/6pm or close. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Must be a self starter. Work for the Best Candy store in Michigan. We have fun every day helping people find the best Candy around!

Work Location: In person
