These concern your background, overall health and other standards set by the Air Force, Department of Defense and federal law.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and completion of a didactic program in dietetics approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)Knowledge of the principles of human nutrition, regular and therapeutic diets, cultural food habits and foodservice managementMinimum of 24 months of experience in dietetic assignmentsCompletion of Officer Training School courseMust be between the ages of 18 and have not reached your 42nd birthday
