Supply Chain, Logistics & Transportation Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain, Logistics & Transportation Manager to lead end-to-end transportation, fleet, and supply chain logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods, optimized transportation costs, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business objectives.

Provide strategic leadership for fleet performance, transportation safety, and logistics execution, leveraging expertise in FMCSA/DOT regulations, international shipping, and operational excellence to drive service, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory strategy, logistics, procurement, transportation, and distribution.
• Develop and execute integrated business planning (IBP) and S&OP processes that align demand forecasts with operational capabilities and financial objectives.
• Establish inventory policies and replenishment strategies that balance customer service levels, inventory investment, and working capital goals.
• Direct domestic and international logistics operations, including transportation management, warehousing, import/export compliance, and 3PL oversight.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory teams to create aligned supply chain strategies and execution plans.
• Negotiate supplier, carrier, and service agreements to improve performance, reduce costs, and strengthen supply continuity.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks to measure forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, transportation performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Lead ERP and planning system optimization initiatives, including SAP and NetSuite, to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making.
• Develop risk management and contingency planning strategies to mitigate disruptions and maintain operational continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, process optimization, service enhancement, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards within highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualification

• s10+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, and operations leadership experience
• .Demonstrated success in manufacturing, CPG, regulated, and project-driven environments
• .Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing inventory, forecasting, and operational performance metrics
• .Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
• .MBA in Supply Chain, Finance &/or Operations Management preferred
• .Advanced knowledge of supply chain planning systems, ERP platforms, and continuous improvement methodologies
