Job Summary (List Format): Senior Salesforce Developer

- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions on the Government Cloud, supporting public-sector programs (case management, licensing, service operations, workflows).
- Develop and integrate Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best-fit approaches.
- Review Salesforce release notes (Spring, Summer, Winter), assess impact of updates, and guide teams through remediation and adoption of new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (vendors, product owners, QA, business stakeholders) to plan and implement enhancements, updates, and deliverables.
- Apply AI-driven solutions to Salesforce, identifying use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible use of emerging technologies.
- Enforce architecture standards and governance including data models, integration patterns, and development guardrails for scalability and maintainability.
- Implement and validate security controls to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Support mission-critical, compliance-heavy public-sector programs by ensuring all solutions align with program objectives, technical standards, and long-term strategy.
- Leverage both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities to build scalable and maintainable systems.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design
- 5+ years hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and enterprise integrations
- 3+ years supporting public-sector or compliance-driven/complex environments
- 2+ years in a senior or lead role conducting technical discovery, design sessions, or team leadership
