HIV Program Quality Coordinator

HIV Program Quality Coordinator Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm; rotates late clinic nights (Tuesday) one per month until 6:00pm. Responsibilities Quality management and improvement activities for the Keystone Ryan White program. Updates the HIV quality management plan. Writes and updates policies and procedures. Participates in internal and external quality management committees as required by Keystone Health and funding agencies. Oversees and engages staff in initiatives. Collects, analyzes, and reports on QI data to program staff. Qualifications Education: LPN or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related or social service field. Previous experience in developing and implementing a quality management program. Ability to complete trainings and competencies as required.
