The IMC RN is responsible for managing the care of the young adult, adult or elderly patient experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures, which require general assessments related to specific conditions, and general therapies and interventions. For any "Traveler" Recruited Worker with a specified start date, Supplier will give Intermountain seven (7) days' prior notice if such Recruited Worker(s) are not moving forward with the assignment or cancel prior to start date. If Intermountain does not receive a seven (7) days' prior notification, Supplier will credit Intermountain for three (3) shifts of fees based on that individual's rate. If the Supplier can fill the position with the same start date, then no penalty will be charged. Intermountain may cancel an assignment prior to the Recruited Worker's start date with seven (7) days' notice to Supplier. 2. After a Recruited Worker has begun working on an assignment, either Intermountain or the Supplier may cancel an assignment without any penalty if a fourteen (14) day advance notice is provided to the other party. If less than a fourteen (14) days advance notice is given by the cancelling party, then the cancelling party will reimburse the other party for one (1) week for Recruited Worker at the appropriate rate. 3. After a Recruited Worker has begun working on an assignment, in case of low census or other call-offs, Intermountain may cancel within a thirteen (13) week assignment, four (4) previously scheduled shifts. Said shifts are defined as a regular shift (i.e., twelve (12) hours in one (1) workday or eight (8) hours in a day or as otherwise agreed to among Intermountain, Company and Supplier). Intermountain cannot break down the shift cancellations into hourly increments. Make up of lost time will be at the mutual agreement of Intermountain and the Recruited Worker. Intermountain will not pay Supplier for shifts that are not made up or any penalties that Supplier may impose.
