Overview The Investment Funds practice group advises private equity firms and other asset managers. The practice group's work encompasses fund formation, GP stakes sales, secondary transactions, and a range of other corporate transactional matters. Candidates for this role should possess experience in fund formation, M&A, capital markets, and other corporate transactional matters. Posting details The Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis is currently seeking associates with two to six years of experience to join its Investment Funds practice group. The Investment Funds practice group represents private equity firms and other asset managers in the formation of their funds, GP stakes sales, secondary transactions and a range of other corporate transactional matters. Candidates with experience in fund formation, M&A, capital markets and other corporate transactional matters will be strongly considered.
