CINQ LLC is seeking a Traveling (Residential) Renovation Field Supervisor to support multifamily and student housing renovation projects across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, moving between job sites, and making sure completed work meets quality standards. What You Get A job that takes you to projects across the country Housing covered while you're on assignment Company vehicle opportunities for qualified candidates A team that cares more about quality than noise Room to grow if you show up, learn fast, and do solid work The Work Walk active renovation sites and verify completed work meets scope and quality standards Perform punch walks and quality inspections of finished units and common areas Identify deficiencies, incomplete work, or scope gaps and document findings Take photos, notes, and field reports using an iPad Track progress and site conditions across multiple active projects Communicate field findings, issues, and updates to internal teams Support punch-out, turnover, and final closeout processes Ensure work aligns with company standards and project expectations Recognize quality workmanship and independently evaluate completed work in the field What We're Looking For Construction or renovation experience required Multifamily field experience preferred Must be willing to travel extensively for multi-week assignments Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious Comfortable using an iPad or mobile device for reporting Experience in Buildertrend is a plus Strong attention to detail and accountability mindset Valid driver's license & clean driving record Background check required Out in the Field Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Ability to walk active construction sites for extended periods Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate uneven terrain Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions Ability to enter occupied and unoccupied units Ability to operate a vehicle and travel frequently, including overnight travel Ability to use an iPad or mobile device for reporting and documentation Ability to identify construction defects and safety hazards Ability to work occasional weekends and respond to urgent field needs Locations Projects are located throughout the Southeast and across the U.S., including Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, Utah, and beyond.
