Store Engineering Service Desk Team Member

Do you like to embrace and master new topics and technologies? Our Store Engineering Service Desk team needs change and learning-oriented coworkers to ensure our stores are always able to provide the best experience to our guests! You will work within an experienced and knowledgeable team to approach unique and challenging service situations to try to find the best outcomes for our stores. From programming our building automations systems to coordinating repairs for major accidents, our days are always different and never boring! If you join our team, you will learn about the complex web of technology and equipment to help Kwik Trip be Better Than The Best!

What will you do?

• Work within a diverse and talented team
• Resolve high priority situations to ensure the best service possible for our guests and stores
• Discover the technology and strategy behind operating and maintaining Kwik Trip's retail facilities
• Support our coworkers and contractors via phone and email in unique and interesting ways
• Make a difference in people's lives!

Work Schedule: Scheduled 40 hours per week (5, 8-hour shifts) between the hours of 6am and 5pm, with flexibility, with approximately 1 Sunday shift per month.
