RN Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health by overseeing patient care, managing staff, collaborating with physicians, and providing both physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care • Oversee staff and ensure high-quality patient care and services • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans • Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care

Requirements:

• Current NYS RN Licensure (BSN preferred but not required) • Two years of experience in Long-Term Care or medical/surgical settings preferred (new RN Grads welcome)
