Security Officer - Corporate Concierge

As a Security Officer - Corporate Concierge in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol a corporate property, including bicycle patrols, to help maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Wed: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Thur: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Fri: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sat: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and reporting unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, following site-specific visitor and access-control procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be able to ride a bike. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
