Senior DFT Engineer - SoC/ASIC Test & Silicon Bring-Up

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead DFT Engineer in Austin, TX. The candidate will be responsible for defining DFT architecture, implementing test solutions, and improving test coverage for complex ASIC/SoC designs. Ideal applicants should have 8–10+ years of experience in Design for Test (DFT) methodologies and hands-on experience with Siemens Tessent and Synopsys tools.
