Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse

• Coordinate and implement patient care for the assigned unit
• Ensure quality care is delivered in a consistent manner
• Maintain standards of care and demonstrate performance aligned with unit goals
• Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with respect and consideration

Requirements of the Clinical Nurse

• Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and TNCC or ATCN certifications from AHA required
• CPI or equivalent preferred
• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
