About the Job

Talent One Recruitment & Staffing is seeking an experienced Purchasing Clerk to work for a manufacturing facility.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 40 per week.

Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Efficiency in procurement.
Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing while adhering to quality, budget and compliance standards.
Identify potential suppliers.
Negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and terms.
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
Analyze costs, identify cost savings opportunities, and ensuring procurement stays within budget.
Ensure goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.
Tracking inventory levels, coordinating deliveries.
Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to negotiate.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency software and systems, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain management.
