Job Title: CNA Day Shift (Local)

Location: Phoenix AZ

Type: Contract

Schedule: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM 12-hour shifts 3 days per week Every other weekend required 32 hours guaranteed weekly

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract position in Phoenix AZ.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing dressing grooming toileting feeding ambulation transfers)
• Take and record vital signs
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Assist nursing staff with basic care and treatments
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Assist with meals and daily care needs
• Respond to call lights and patient requests
• Maintain cleanliness of care areas
• Support nurses during emergencies
• Transport residents when needed

Requirements

• Active Arizona CNA Certification
• Basic nursing care knowledge
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• LTC/geriatric experience preferred
• CPR/BLS preferred
