Senior Leasing Assistant

Your new role

• Lease document preparation — Drafting leases, proposals, modifications, and correspondence.
• Primary leasing contact — Providing pricing, information, and materials to prospective tenants and brokers.
• Operational support — Managing key dates, data entry, research, and leasing actions.
• Marketing coordination — Creating presentations, reports, and marketing content.
• Database management — Maintaining accurate leasing records and software systems.
• Deal assistance — Helping with renewals and new leasing transactions.
• Networking involvement — Attending local events to build tenant and broker relationships.
• Administrative leadership — Providing high‑level support to the leasing team and office leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

• An Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (such as a paralegal certificate) is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, including leasing support or work involving legal documents and commercial leases.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing contract and lease documentation.
• Working knowledge of contract terminology and the fundamentals of real estate leasing operations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to support leasing activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
