Axis Chevrolet, a family-owned franchised dealership in Jersey City, NJ, is hiring an experienced Automotive Title & Registration Clerk to start immediately. You will own the title and registration process for new and pre-owned vehicle sales, keeping deals moving and customers happy.

PAY: $28–$34 per hour based on experience

SIGN-ON BONUS: $2,000 ($1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days)

SCHEDULE: Full-time, on-site in Jersey City

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Process NJ MVC title and registration work for retail, lease, and out-of-state deals

- Handle lien payoffs, duplicate titles, trade-in titles, and dealer plates

- Work with the office and sales teams to close out deal paperwork accurately and on time

- Reconcile title schedules and follow up on outstanding titles

- Maintain compliance with NJ MVC, GM, and lender requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1+ years of dealership title/registration experience (NJ MVC experience strongly preferred)

- Familiarity with CVR, Dealertrack, or a similar registration system and a dealer DMS

- Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced office

- Reliable and able to start right away
