Work Agreement Shift Type/Length: Varies On Call Expectations: Rotating, 1-2 times per week (Starts 1600 until 0700 on the subsequent day), Every 3-4th weekend (Friday 1600-Monday 0700) Weekend/Holiday Rotation: 1-2 Holidays per year Job Requirements An RN with a North Dakota license (or compact) and a nursing degree/diploma. Preferably, someone with 2 years of nursing experience. Someone who can expertly care for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. A strong independent worker with excellent communication skills. Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within 480 hours of hire).
