Hospice Registered Nurse

Hospice of Southern Illinois is seeking a Field Staff RN/Case Manager to assess patient needs, plan and evaluate care, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. The role is based in Belleville, with travel to nearby counties and a Monday–Friday schedule, plus on-call evenings and weekends. Licensure and hospice experience preferred; competitive benefits are provided.
