Ownership believes the right person can play a direct role in helping the company grow from approximately $50M to $100M over the next 5-10 years.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts on commercial projects up to $10M
• Develop budgets, conceptual estimates, and hard bids
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Identify value engineering opportunities
• Assist ownership in planning future growth initiatives
• Help position the company for the next decade of expansion

• Commercial construction estimating experience
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Someone who enjoys being part of the bigger picture, not just producing estimates
